On The Radar Radio is a New York based music platform dedicated to discovering and promoting emerging artists, offering them an influential stage to connect with a wider audience through interviews, live performances, and digital content.
As a growing brand focused on highlighting new talent, On The Radar Radio faced the ongoing challenge of consistently sourcing promising emerging artists and rising stars in the New York area. I worked with the duo Justend and SoulyHad, helping them get scouted by On The Radar Radio for a performance. Their video garnered 61,000 views and also helped build momentum for their collaborative album, Somewhere, NY. Additionally, I facilitated the opportunity for artist Justice Xavier, resulting in 20,000 views for his appearance and helping bolster his viewership for his self titled album justicexavier. These contributed to both the individual success of the artists and to On The Radar Radio’s broader mission of promoting new talent, ultimately reinforcing their brand identity as a trusted destination for discovering the next wave of musicians.
Shawn James
Shawn James is a singer-songwriter known for his soulful, genre-blending sound, gaining a loyal following through his emotionally powerful performances and unique musical style.
In 2019, Shawn James was looking to expand his reach, while a major gaming company was searching for a distinctive sound to feature in an upcoming release. Recognizing the potential fit, I facilitated a connection between Shawn James and the game’s developers, Naughty Dog, ensuring his music was considered for the project. The collaboration proved to be highly successful; when the game launched in 2020, the song's in-game placement brought significant exposure, leading to a 200% increase in Spotify song plays and a 160% rise in album streams. Fast forward to 2025, the live-action adaptation of the game premiered, and Shawn James’ song was featured prominently on HBO’s The Last of Us Season 2, introducing his music to an entirely new audience. This resurgence further boosted the song’s popularity and continued to drive sustained success for Shawn James, cementing the long-term impact of the original collaboration.
Lola Young
Lola Young is a rapidly rising British artist known for her raw lyricism, powerful voice, and bold presence in the contemporary music scene.
In preparation for the release of her album This Wasn’t Meant for You Anyway, Lola Young and her team were focused on building a strong digital presence to match the growing anticipation around her music. I collaborated closely with her team and label to assist in the social media and content rollout for the album’s singles. Together, we crafted engaging and memorable posts designed to not only generate excitement for the upcoming project but also to further establish Lola’s personal brand and connection with her audience. The campaign successfully built major momentum leading up to the album release, contributing to the album recognized as one of best the standout female music albums of 2024. The growing buzz around her work also helped pave the way for a high-profile collaboration with Tyler, The Creator, as well as an appearance on The tonight show with Jimmy Fallon, further cementing Lola Young’s place as one of the most exciting new voices in music.

d4vd is an emerging artist whose sound and emotionally charged songwriting have quickly propelled him to international success.
Before d4vd’s career officially began, there has already been noticeable potential for something special from his early experiments posted in his TikTok live. I had the opportunity to work with him and his personal circle to provide branding support and early marketing strategies that would help shape his image and set the stage for future growth. As he released his first track, Romantic Homicide, along with several others shortly after, he focused on building a foundation that emphasized authenticity and connection with his audience. With the momentum generated through these early efforts and the support of his team, d4vd quickly found viral success on TikTok, leading to global recognition. Today, Romantic Homicide has amassed over 160 million views on YouTube, has been featured in the videogame Fortnite, and helped establish d4vd as an artist featured at Coachella for 2025, marking his evolution from an underground talent to a major name on the world stage.
